Terms of Service
The Core Agreement: You retain complete ownership of your domain intent and compiled applications. Generated code is disposable exhaust that you are free to deploy, modify, and distribute without runtime licensing fees.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Virgo platform, documentation, APIs, and compiler services provided by Simway Co., Ltd. ("Simway", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description & Alpha Status
Virgo is a deterministic intent engine and compiler that translates human conversational domain specifications into intermediate Application Domain Models (ADMs) and compiles them into production-ready Spring Boot applications.
The service is currently provided in Private / Public Alpha. Features, compiler passes, and schemas may undergo breaking iterations as we advance the engine toward production release.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
- Your Domain Intent & ADMs: You retain 100% intellectual property rights, title, and ownership over all business requirements, entity descriptions, domain rules, and exported ADM JSON files submitted to or generated by the service.
- Your Generated Applications: All source code, schemas, and binaries compiled by the Spout engine from your domain models are entirely your property. Simway asserts no copyright or runtime license claims over your generated applications.
- The Virgo Engine: Simway retains all rights, title, and intellectual property in the Virgo compilation engine, semantic mapper orchestrator, AST validators, and Freemarker generation templates.
4. The Disposable Code Doctrine & Disclaimer
Under our core architecture, generated source code is treated as disposable exhaust. While Virgo enforces deterministic schema validation and invariant checks:
- Generated applications are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
- You are responsible for testing, benchmarking, and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) before deploying generated systems into mission-critical or financial environments.
- Simway is not liable for data loss, service interruption, or runtime errors arising from the execution of generated applications.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Virgo compiler or platform to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the internal proprietary compiler passes of the hosted platform without authorization.
- Generate malicious software, rootkits, or automated attack infrastructure.
- Abuse, overload, or disrupt the compilation APIs via automated denial-of-service attacks.
6. Termination
You may discontinue use of the service at any time. Simway reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to alpha accounts for violations of these Terms.
