Privacy Policy
The Core Commitment: Your business intent belongs to you. We do not sell your data, we do not train public AI models on your proprietary Application Domain Models (ADM), and we inject zero tracking telemetry into compiled applications.
1. Principles of Data Sovereignty
Virgo is built upon the foundational principle that Domain Intent is the core intellectual property of an organization. We treat your conversational specifications, bounded context definitions, invariants, and business entities as strictly confidential.
2. Information We Collect
- Waitlist & Account Credentials: When you join our Alpha or subscribe for updates, we collect your email address.
- Intent & Domain Specifications: When using the Virgo engine, conversational inputs and domain descriptions are transmitted to extract Application Domain Models (ADMs).
- Diagnostic & Compiler Telemetry: In Private Alpha, we record anonymized compiler pass success/failure metrics, schema validation errors, and latency benchmarks to improve compiler accuracy.
3. How We Use Your Information
We process your data strictly to provide, maintain, and secure the Virgo compilation service:
- To perform Phase 1 Semantic Mapping (translating natural language into intermediate ADM JSON).
- To compile validated ADMs into strongly-typed Spring Boot executable applications.
- To communicate critical security updates and alpha testing milestones.
4. Zero AI Model Training on Proprietary Data
We do not use your private domain models, entity specifications, or conversational prompts to train or fine-tune public foundation models. When third-party LLM providers (e.g., frontier inference providers) are utilized for semantic mapping passes, data is transmitted under commercial zero-data-retention enterprise API terms.
5. Generated Code & Zero-Telemetry Exhaust
All source code, Dockerfiles, and Spring Boot applications generated by the Spout compiler are 100% disposable exhaust owned entirely by you. We do not inject tracking beacons, phone-home telemetry, or runtime DRM into your compiled code. You may deploy your generated applications anywhere without licensing restrictions.
6. Tracking & Cookies
We do not use advertising tracking networks, third-party behavioral pixels, or commercial tracking cookies on virgo.simway.io. Any session tokens used are strictly functional to maintain authenticated session state.
7. Data Retention & Erasure
You have the right to request complete deletion of your account records, email subscriptions, and stored domain models at any time by contacting us.
